Accent Pest Control, Inc. was established in 1980 and is a minority Native American Indian corporation owned by Mark J. Simms. Mark is President, 100% owner and is Osage, Cherokee and Creek Indian. He is an Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 227 in Barnsdall, OK for 9 years. He has served on the Osage Government for 10 years and the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise Board for 9 years being Chairman of the Board for 6 of those years.


Linda S. Simms is the Secretary and Treasurer of Accent Pest Control, Inc., also handling accounts payable since 1989. She worked for the United States Post Office for 14 years as a clerk/carrier. Linda is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution for 20 years and has served as past Recording Secretary, Vice Regent and Regent. She is also a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy for 7 years and has served as past President. She is a Charter Member and President of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 227 in Bardsdall, OK.


Mark and Linda are members of the Nowata County Historical Museum, the Osage County Historical Museum, Woolaroc, Little House on the Prairie in Independence KS, and the OnHand Osage Research Society.

Jimmy Haase, our General Manager, is a Cherokee Indian and has been with the Corporation for over 21 years. Jake Cass, our Assistant General Manager, is an Osage Indian and has been with the Corporation for over 10 years. Our Service Techs are Cy Johnson and Angel Quiroz, both of whom speak fluent Spanish, and Cody Clark. Accent's Applicators are Mark Simms, Jimmy Haase, Jake Cass, and Justin Lakin who is also our Senior Applicator.


Accent Pest Control, Inc. is located in downtown Bartlesville, OK, and is a member of the National Pest Management Association, Oklahoma Pest Management Association, Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
